전자기기 관련 체스 규칙(Law of chess) 11.3.b항이 변경됩니다.

전자기기 관련 체스 규칙(Law of chess)인 11.3.b항이 변경될 예정입니다.
전자기기를 사용한 치팅을 좀 더 효과적으로 예방하기 위해서 규칙이 변경됩니다.


새롭게 변경되는 11.3.b항 :

During a game, a player is forbidden to have a mobile phone, electronic means of communication or any device capable of suggesting chess moves on their person in the playing venue. However, the rules of the competition may allow such devices to be stored in a player’s bag, as long as the device is completely switched off. A player is forbidden to carry a bag holding such a device, without permission of the arbiter. If it is evident that a player has such a device on their person in the playing venue, the player shall lose the game. The opponent shall win. The rules of a competition may specify a different, less severe, penalty. The arbiter may require the player to allow his/her clothes, bags or other items to be inspected, in private. The arbiter or a person authorized by the arbiter shall inspect the player and shall be of the same gender as the player. If a player refuses to cooperate with these obligations, the arbiter shall take measures in accordance with Article 12.9.

이전 규정 :

Without the permission of the arbiter a player is forbidden to have a mobile phone or other electronic means of communication in the playing venue, unless they are completely switched off. If any such device produces a sound, the player shall lose the game. The opponent shall win. However, if the opponent cannot win the game by any series of legal moves, his score shall be a draw.


새롭게 변경되는 11.3.b항을 간략하게 요약하면 다음과 같습니다.
치팅에 사용될 가능성이 있는 전자기기들을 선수가 가지고 있으면 안되고 가방에 넣어라.
전가기기를 가지고 있으면 패배가 될 수 있다.
그리고 심판 또는 심판대리자가 선수에게 옷, 가방 등을 검사를 요구할 수 있으며 협조하지 않으면 페널티가 주어질 수 있다.

새롭게 변경되는 11.3.b항이 이전 규정과 다른 중요 부분은 다음과 같습니다.
"the rules of the competition may allow such devices to be stored in a player’s bag"
"The arbiter or a person authorized by the arbiter shall inspect the player"

이전에는 폰의 전원을 끄면 가지고 있는게 가능했지만
새로운 규정은 폰을 가지고 있지 말고 가방에 넣으라고 합니다.
그리고 폰을 가지고 있으면 패배가 될 수 있다고 이야기합니다.
그리고 심판이 전자기기를 찾기 위해서 선수를 검사할 수 있다고 말합니다.

이와 같이 체스 규칙(Law of chess) 11.3.b항이 좀 더 까다롭게 변경될 예정입니다.
